Unwind in a weekly evening slow-flow yoga practice centered on mindful movement and breath. We’ll start with a moment of stillness and meditation before easing into a gentle vinyasa designed to help you feel grounded, open, and present.
60 minute flow · All levels welcome. Mats and props provided, but feel free to bring your own!
Doors lock at 6:50pm, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
Registration recommended due to limited space, however walk-ins are welcome if space is available day of. To secure your spot sign up HERE, $10 per person. $7 for students, email me for student discount code if applicable.
