Corporate Wellness Workshop
Our 2-hour Corporate Wellness Workshop is designed to give employees tools they can carry into their workday for lasting stress relief and wellbeing. The session includes a calming meditation, guided breathwork, an energizing yoga flow, and reflective journaling—creating a well-rounded experience for both body and mind.

Commit to your team’s wellbeing all year long with our Quarterly Wellness Workshop Package. Each of the four workshops includes a thoughtful blend of mindful meditation, guided breathwork, a tailored yoga flow, and reflective journaling—giving employees practical tools to reduce stress and enhance focus.
Offered once per quarter, this package provides consistent support for your team’s health and morale, creating a culture of balance, resilience, and wellbeing in the workplace.

Third
Pay for the class. Once you hear back to confirm availability, you’ll receive a confirmation email and invoice to invest in your employees’ wellness via credit card or ACH.
