Mondays 1:30 - 2:30 pm
April 13th - June 1st
This 8-week series is designed to support strength, balance, and ease in the body through gentle, accessible yoga. Each week we’ll move slowly and intentionally, focusing on mobility, stability, and breathing practices that help the body feel more comfortable and supported in everyday life.
This class is designed for those who prefer a slower pace and extra support while moving. Much of the practice can be done seated or with the help of a chair, and we’ll move gradually to build comfort, mobility, and confidence in the body.
We’ll focus on gentle stretching, light strengthening, balance awareness, and breathing practices that support relaxation and overall wellbeing. Movements are simple, adaptable, and there is always the option to rest.
This class may be a good fit if you:
Prefer to practice mostly seated or with a chair nearby
Are returning to movement after injury, illness, or time away
Feel more comfortable moving at a slow, supportive pace
Because this is a series rather than drop-in classes, the group has a chance to build familiarity with the movements and with each other over time. Many people find that this consistency helps them feel more confident, steady, and connected week by week.
Expect a calm, encouraging environment where you can move at your own pace, breathe deeply, and leave feeling a little more relaxed and at home in your body.
