Join me for a relaxed, feel-good yoga class in the park 🌿 This all-levels class is designed to help you move, breathe, and enjoy being outside—whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice.
We’ll flow through a mix of gentle stretches and mindful movement, with plenty of options to meet you where you are. Expect a laid-back, welcoming vibe and space to connect with yourself (and maybe a little sunshine, too).
This class is a free donation-based class. No need to sign up, just show up! Recommended donation $10-15 with cash or venmo options in person. I will also totally accepts trades or gift exchanges as well! Class will occur for 10 Mondays in a row for Session 1 of Yoga in the Park from April 13 - June 15th. (Keep an eye out for Session 2 starting in July)
Don’t forget to bring your own mat and a water bottle! Maybe invite a friend to come with you too ;)
Class takes place in the field at Rolland Moore Park. You drive all the way to the far back of the park and there will be a parking lot. The parking lot will have volleyball nets on one side and a field on the other. We will be doing yoga in the field! Sometimes there are people gathered for soccer practices so we may be farther down!
