Saturday Vinyasa Flow (2/21)

Begin your weekend with an energizing, breath-led flow designed to wake up the body and clear the mind. This vinyasa class features creative sequencing, steady pacing, and opportunities to build strength, balance, and mobility while staying connected to breath and inner awareness. Thoughtful transitions and subtle themes invite both presence and play, offering a practice that feels dynamic yet grounded.

This class is best suited for students with some yoga experience, though beginners are always welcome—modifications and options are consistently offered. Expect to leave feeling invigorated, centered, and ready to step into your weekend with clarity and ease.

60 minute flow · Mats and props NOT provided, you MUST bring your own mat!

Doors lock at 9:40AM, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

Registration recommended, however, walk-ins are welcome! To secure your spot, sign up HERE, $10 per person. $7 for students, email me (caroline@waterlilyyoga.com) for student discount if applicable.
