Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop & Herbal Tea Ceremony

As the sun reaches its peak and the longest day of the year unfolds, we gather in celebration — to soak in the light, reconnect with our energy, and honor the fullness of the season. This Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop and Herbal Tea Ceremony is an invitation to embrace warmth, vitality, and the expansive energy that this time of year brings.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to arrive fully in the moment, followed by a slow, fluid yoga flow designed to open the body, build gentle heat, and create a sense of brightness and ease from within. Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll explore themes of expression, abundance, and being fully present — inviting in what’s flourishing and giving ourselves permission to take up space in our lives.

The workshop will be integrated with guided journaling to reflect on what’s coming into bloom, both internally and externally. This is a chance to pause and acknowledge growth, joy, and intention, while deepening connection to yourself and those around you. We’ll close with a shared herbal tea ceremony — a blend thoughtfully curated by me using refreshing, seasonal herbs. This will be a moment to slow down, savor, and ground after the energy of the practice.

Chakras Yoga Workshop & Herbal Tea Ceremony @ The Fox Den

Join me for a yoga workshop at the wonderful Fox Den: No Waste Cafe & Roastery here in Fort Collins on Saturday, May 2nd from 6:30pm-8:30pm.

This workshop's theme is Moving Through the Chakras. The night will consist of breathwork, mindfulness, yoga, and an herbal tea ceremony.

We’ll explore the chakras in a really approachable, grounded way. I will teach about what the chakras are and then with mindful movement and integrated breathwork we will go through the chakras one at a time. We’ll move through a gentle, all-levels flow, pausing along the way to bring awareness to each energy center. We’ll finish with a cozy herbal tea ceremony, with a blend I’ve put together to support the themes of the practice. It’s a chance to slow down, reflect, and hold a ceremony to tune into yourself.

No experience with chakras (or yoga) needed—just come as you are.

Yoga Workshop & Herbal Tea Ceremony

This workshop's theme is Reconnect & Reset. Reconnecting with your body and resetting your nervous system with customized yogic techniques. A way to come back home to yourself.

Through mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and moments of stillness we’ll release tension, soften stress and create space for deep rest. This paired with a handcrafted tea blend is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

The night will compose of breathwork, yoga, and an herbal tea ceremony. Limited spots available so claim yours in advance!

This vinyasa class features creative sequencing, steady pacing, and opportunities to build strength, balance, and mobility while staying connected to breath and inner awareness. This class is best suited for students with some yoga experience, though beginners are always welcome—modifications and options are consistently offered. Expect to leave feeling invigorated, centered, and ready to step into your weekend with clarity and ease.
